Our business.
A & G Passenger Boats Limited is a family run limited company providing venue and hospitality services to our customers. Our services are provided to private individuals, groups and business customers and are committed to keep all personal information safe. We only record the information needed to fulfil the requirements of your booking. We never sell your details to any 3rd parties and with your permission only ever pass your details to 3rd parties required to fulfil your booking.

Currently we do not collect information via cookies and hold no personal information on our website.


Contacting us.
Whether you contact us via email, in writing or verbally we will only use the information you have given to provide the information that you have requested. After the information has been provided by us, we will not contact you again unless, a. you have requested that we do so or b. you have made a booking with us. If you do not follow up your information request with a booking with us your contact information will be deleted from our systems after 6 weeks from your initial enquiry.


Making a booking.
You can only make a booking directly with us via email or telephone, we do not use a 3rd party booking system.

Depending on how you book, we will hold your phone number, email address, name, address, and event requirements. If you pay by card this is processed direct via our secure processing partner World Pay. If we have had to record your card details, we will immediately destroy it as soon as the payment has been processed. Resulting paperwork will be securely destroyed after it is no-longer legally required as part of our business operation.

Your party information will be used to provide your requested requirements for your event. If in an event we ever need to pass your details to a 3rd party entertainment provider, we will verbally and/or email you to ask your permission and in addition will ensure that they have a secure privacy policy in place.

We will use your address to send you confirmation of payment and details of your booking. In instances when an invoice has been requested it will be sent to the address provided.

How do we store your information?
If you have sent us an email, your information will be stored on our office computer. This is not connected or backed up by any 3rd party. If you do not make a booking this will then be deleted 6 weeks after your initial enquiry.

If you have made an enquiry by telephone but not made a booking, we will destroy any hard copy of the number no later than 6 weeks after you have called.

If you have made a booking this would have been either via email or telephone call. We will hold your email details via our office computer until 3 months after your cruise. Details held via our paper booking system, your, name, address, processed booking details, and event information will be kept until we are no-longer legally require to do so. It will then be securely destroyed.


Mailing list.
We do not have a mailing list for sending out future company literature. If you need a copy of our current product information, please just contact us.


What are your rights? Making a complaint. 
We respect your right to control your data: to be informed, access, correct, delete, restrict and use your own data.

If at any point you believe the personal data, we hold about you is incorrect, you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our Office Manager who will investigate further.

You also have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you at any time. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal data, then please email or write to us at the following address:

COVID 19

As part of the booking conditions we will ask you or you organiser to provide contact details of every member of your group, this information will be stored in a manner only accessible to a member of the management team and will be destroyed in their entirety 21 days following the cruise.
