Option 1 Boat Trip Only
1hr 15min cruise to Don Valley Stadium return
For up to 20 children £120 , each extra child £5
no entertainment is provided - you may provide your own
or
1hr 50min cruise to Tinsley locks return. (no lock passage)
For up to 20 children £160, for each extra child £7,
No entertainment is supplied other than the cruise. You may organise your own party games or entertainer. If you are having a professional entertainer they must be able to prove that they have their equipment tested regularly and correct insurances, child protection policy etc.
Other than a Birthday cake we do not allow you to bring your own food and drink.
Option 2 - Boat trip with food

We supply a food consisting of pizza, crisps, cake and a fruit drink, other items can be added price on request (see below for other items that we can supply). Squash and water will be supplied during cruise before food is served. Please bring your own Birthday cake. Cakes can be supplied on request at an extra cost.

We will book on your behalf a number of entertainers that are reliable and professional. We have a number of contacts and will ask your preference of style. All entertainers are independent to us, if for any reason they fail to arrive we will provide an Arty Crafty party at a level 1 activity. If we cannot book an entertainer on your behalf we will let you know as soon as possible.

The party lasts 2 hrs. 1½ hours crafting, including tidy up time. ½ hour to eat food, which consisting of pizza, crisps, cake and a fruit drink, other items can be added price on request (see below for other items that we can supply). The venue can be either static or cruising.
The craft projects are designed to the age of the birthday child and can be tailored to both girls and boys. We have priced parties in levels. The different price levels reflect the cost of raw materials and set up costs to run the chosen activity. Below are examples of choices that can be made in each level, once you have decided on the level of party we can discuss your requirements in more depth ensuring that the activity can be tailored to a theme that your child enjoys.
Depending on the age of child and activity the number of projects that can be completed in the 1½ hours of crafting will vary.
Examples of art craft activities.
Some projects in the different levels are very similar, we use different materials and embellishments on the differing levels.
Level 1 Foam art, picture frames, door hangers, mini memory book, mini trinket box, book mark, card making.
Level 2 Picture frame, card making, memory/scrapbook, trinket box, decorating ornaments/figures
Level 3 Card making, jewellery making, memory/scrapbook, plate/glass/money box decoration.
Level 4, 5 & 6 Decorate fabric bag, t-shirt, jewellery making, projects as above.
General Information
Available times. Children’s parties can be booked any day of the week last bookable slot is 4pm to finish by 6pm. If you want a party later than this it will priced be as our main leaflet.
Maximum numbers. The maximum number the boat can hold is 72 passengers
Do adults pay? Only on children’s parties may adults may go free to a maximum of 1:1 ratio after that the charge is as per extra child, if we are providing food none is provided for the adults, adult drinks & food can be purchased at our regular prices or a package priced on request.
How many adults need to accompany the party?
We ask you to provide at least a ratio of 1 adult to 5 children. All children must be paid for (except for small babies)
Can we supply our own food?
Other than a Birthday cake we do not allow you to bring your own food and drink.
Can we organise an entertainer? If you are organising a professional entertainer they must be able to prove that they have, their equipment tested regularly and correct insurances etc.
